Wembury bay is a good place to go for a short coastal stroll. Most of the area is owned and maintained by the National Trust and there’s a good car park, toilets and a small café. The path west towards Heybrook Bay is flat and there are lots of seats if you just want to sit and enjoy the view towards the Mew stone. Walking eastwards involves some climbing but gives even better views as you head towards the Yealm valley.
